To access team videos follow these steps
1. To sign up to see team videos on Flowrestling.org, please email Mike Van Ess at mike_vaness@hotmail.com. 2. Include in the email your email address, first name, last name, and if you are a fan, parent or alumni as there are different levels of membership. 3. Mike will then send you an invitation to join our team. 4.
